This module involves HIV prevention sensitizations, defaulter tracing and psychosocial support to People Living with HIV (PLHIV). All clients on ART are followed from the Comprehensive Care Clinic (CCC) desk to ensure 100% drug adherence.
Clients who miss appointments are referred as treatment interrupters and line-listed after twenty-four hours; a phone call is first made by community volunteers. When there is no turn-up, community tracing follows on the eighth day, led by peer champions.
